FNEX is a private investment platform for accredited investors. Taking advantage of the JOBS Act FNEX has placed itself as the premiere destination for finding alternative investments with a focus on diversity and opportunity.

Having worked with FNEX from the beginning MSC was able to design and build a comprehensive and versatile listing system that utilized new mobile payment company, Dwolla, to accept and process investments. MSC was also able to build a completely secure Virtual Deal Room to maintain confidentiality, track access, and meet governmental and SEC regulations. Built primarily in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, new FNEX features can be added quickly and efficiently.
