Project Description

Digital Road came to MSC with the idea of creating a platform that would allow for dental and medical practices to completely automate their most problematic scheduling difficulties.

MSC built a system in Ruby on Rails, based on the idea of a Finite State Machine, that allows for practices to generate completely customisable scheduling algorithms. Every practice that has used the Follow Up Works platform has reported a significant improvement in available appointment time utilization.
